Who is SPV?
1989 - The Start
Entering the Phoenix market as investors, SPV acquired a 400,000 SF Class A office portfolio, and sold the collective portfolio to LA Fire & Police Pension Fund.
1990's
The Development Division was launched with a 300,000 SF Class A spec office project, the Squaw Peak Corporate Center.
2000 - Present
SPV went on to develop 850,000+ SF of Class A office and industrial product valued at over $200 million. It has sold its assets to private investors and publicly traded companies, and continuosly has assets for sale or lease, in addition to land for sale and build-to-suit opportunities.
SPV also has a funding vehicle primarily for commercial and high-end residential real estate via SPV Funding.
